But one Iraqi they spoke with said the numbers were depressed becasue of the asinine set-up: only five polling places in widely disparate parts of the country, and some that were located far from the Iraqi communities in the area (I seem to recall him mentioning the location of a polling place in Maryland, instead of DC).</description>
