Google News Faking Headlines?
Confederate Yankee thought he had found evidence that Google News was faking headlines. Thanks to Eugene Volokh, he found out they weren’t.

It sounds like the used the LV Sun headline, but the Newsday article. If that's not faking a headline, it's about as close as you can get without doing it.

Easy mistake to make, but you meant Jim Lindgren, not Eugene Volokh, right?
