With the holidays and a short vacation coming up as the year closes, I’m taking the opportunity to try an experiment I’ve been contemplating for a while. I’ve invited a handful of folks to be guest bloggers at OTB.

Steve Verdon, who blogs at Deinonychus antirrhopus, does some of the best writing on economics issues in the blogosphere.
Robert Garcia Tagorda, who writes at Priorities & Frivolities, is a graduate student at the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. He has a wide range of experience in public policy issues and has some unique insights into foreign policy issues, especially.
“Rodney Dill,” a frequent commenter on OTB and other sites and occasional guest blogger at Wizbang! will do some occasional posting, focusing primarily on humorous and unusual events news. He’ll likely also run some caption contests, a particular specialty of his–giving others a chance to win one for a change!
“Dr. Leopold Stotch,” a political scientist who blogs at Professor Chaos. His expertise is foreign policy and terrorism.
Catherine McMillan, a graphics artist from Saskatchewan, who writes about this and that at small dead animals.
Their work will start popping up here before long. I’m not going anywhere for a few days, although, as is often the case, my posting will be light over this weekend.
