…cats are living with dogs, in peace no less, a pig just flew by the office window and Barney Frank is talking about Mises, Hayek, market economies, and how Bush’s (agriculture) policies are the farthest thing from a free market as can be short of a communist run economy.
Color me shocked. No, really.
About the Author: Steve has a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles and attended graduate school at The George Washington University, leaving school shortly before staring work on his dissertation when his first child was born. He works in the energy industry and prior to that worked at the Bureau of Labor Statistics in the Division of Price Index and Number Research.

I heard Barney Frank give a talk many years ago and I almost fell out of my seat when he said Pareto Optimal. He's a smart guy.

Why should you be shocked, he is not a rep in a farm state. You only love the pork that goes to your state or the state of a rep that votes to send pork to your state.
