Scott Koenig and yours truly successfully found work posting our availability on our sites; hopefully, Meryl will have similar luck.
About the Author: James Joyner is the publisher of Outside the Beltway and the managing editor of the Atlantic Council. He's a former Army officer, Desert Storm vet, and college professor with a PhD in political science from The University of Alabama. He lives just outside the Beltway in Alexandria, Virginia with his wife and infant daughter.

If I remember correctly, the first post I ever read here sometime in early 2004 was written just after you lost a job, and you were asking for leads in finding a new one.
*cue flashback scene of all the good times since: me pushing a PC monitor on the swings in the park, sitting on ferris wheel on my first date with my 17-inch Packard Bell, etc. etc, nostalgic music in the background*
