SNL had a funny skit with (fake, of course) Bill Clinton and Jerry Brown backstage before a 1992 debate. They were talking about controversies they promised not to bring up during the debate, which turned into a confessional. Bill Clinton (Phil Hartman) finally admitted "Ishtar was my idea."

SNL is no surprise, since her party was apparently the main contributor of material for "Monty Python's Flying Circus" for years until MPFC found them too far out to lampoon!
