Given that the intersection between McCain and pretty much anything a feminist Clinton supporter agrees upon is essentially the null set, the only thing you have to hope for is that they stay home. Given that Clinton supporters are all abortion rights supporters across the board and McCain has shamelessly debased himself before the anti-abortion plank of the party line, you had better be hoping McCain chooses a pro-abortion running mate.

Of course, when that happens, Limbaugh, et. al., will go super critical and the resulting thermo nuclear explosion at the Republican convention will make this trivial affair over Clinton supporters look like a gentle caress with a feather by a naughty lover.
