		<description>Actually Tano I&#039;m not sure that her old plan was worse.  And the cartoonists certainly don&#039;t appear to think it is worse, in fact, given how most zombie/revivication movies turn out, it could very well be they think it is worse.</description>

		<description>Seems to speak to a pretty weak argument. Don&#039;t support (or perhaps, dont even bother to consider) Hillary&#039;s health care plan because she proposed a worse one 14 years ago.

Leads one to wonder if the cartoonist / commenter simply couldn&#039;t find anything wrong with the new proposal.</description>

		<description>You&#039;d think so, wouldn&#039;t you?  But Sen. Clinton&#039;s 1993 experience looks as though it&#039;s being treated as a positive credential rather than as a negative liability.  This is reminiscent somewhat of CEO&#039;s of Fortune 500 companies.  It&#039;s been true for generations that a former Fortune 500 CEO, even one who&#039;s failed miserably at the last job, is more likely to become the CEO of another Fortune 500 company than someone who&#039;s never held that responsibility.</description>
