And the cartoonists certainly don't appear to think it is worse, in fact, given how most zombie/revivication movies turn out, it could very well be they think it is worse. Don't support (or perhaps, dont even bother to consider) Hillary's health care plan because she proposed a worse one 14 years ago. But Sen. Clinton's 1993 experience looks as though it's being treated as a positive credential rather than as a negative liability. This is reminiscent somewhat of CEO's of Fortune 500 companies. It's been true for generations that a former Fortune 500 CEO, even one who's failed miserably at the last job, is more likely to become the CEO of another Fortune 500 company than someone who's never held that responsibility.
