Back in April, Steven Taylor declared himself Sultan of Brunei. He is now getting tons of apparently real requests for money, jobs, and patronage in his comments section.
About the Author: James Joyner is the publisher of Outside the Beltway and the managing editor of the Atlantic Council. He's a former Army officer, Desert Storm vet, and college professor with a PhD in political science from The University of Alabama. He lives just outside the Beltway in Alexandria, Virginia with his wife and infant daughter.

That's freaking weird. I did a quick google on SULTAN OF BRUNEI and he was not on the first page. Where are they coming from?
(I'm asking here because he does not having anything current about it.)
