I’m back in Dulles. Blogging should resume its normal pace for the next couple of days, complete with the return of the Beltway Traffic Jam somewhere around 4 pm.

He's a former Army officer, Desert Storm vet, and college professor with a PhD in political science from The University of Alabama. He lives just outside the Beltway in Alexandria, Virginia.
