One Fine Jay has a longish post on what to do regarding The Immigration Problem. I think there are some holes in the enforcement provisions, that some of his policies would be harmful to tourism and business, and that employment-driven illegal immigration is a demand side problem rather than an enforcement one. But his application to the issue of terrorism is interesting.
