I&#039;ve done it myself before, and it&#039;s just a way to say: &quot;this isn&#039;t chopped liver, but it&#039;s not up to snuff. Since I don&#039;t have the time or the inclination to really point out what&#039;s wrong with it, you get &#039;nice&#039;.&quot;</description>
