"money" - what are you talking about - wolfowitz said this war would only cost 2-3 billion b/c the oil revenue would pay for the rest...but then they fired him b/c he was such a moron...oh wait maybe they did not and just promoted him to the world bank --- 190 billion and counting...

BLUF - for the folks who never served this means bottom line up front - the longer we stay then the longer we will sustain casualties and so will the Iraqis - if we pull out though the fallout will be awful (not to mention our credibility in the future) - damned if we do, damned if we don't.

BLUF - we are screwed. - good job Mr. President. way to pick a fight we can't win.

The only way for these Iraqis to start performing is to make them deal with this situation on their own. It is just like welfare--if someone is getting benefits from the state they do not have any incentive to get a job.

These people are relying on us to secure them so they don't have to do the work. We need to pull the plug on these people now. We've already been too generous to them--releving their debt and providing all of this free security. it is time for the Iraqi's to start either paying us to provide security or start performing on their own.

Why should the US put our money and bodies on the line to support their ungreatful indolence?
