		<description>RA, given the report within the past week that Bush&#039;s approval rating among blacks is only 2%, I don&#039;t see why anyone would blink an eye when 90% of blacks vote for Democrats.

I would imagine the eye would be blinked if the percentage were not 98%.</description>
