RA, given the report within the past week that Bush's approval rating among blacks is only 2%, I don't see why anyone would blink an eye when 90% of blacks vote for Democrats.

I would imagine the eye would be blinked if the percentage were not 98%.

I think it is good they are rechecking results, but I dont find such a large margin hard to believe, particularly in Kurdish or Shiite areas
