I’m off to attend a conference in DC. It’s the joint annual meeting of the International Security Studies Section of the American Political Science Association and the International Security & Arms Control Section of the International Studies Association. I’ll be tied up with it through tomorrow afternoon and have social obligations Saturday evening, so blogging will be exceedingly light if not non-existent until Sunday.
About the Author: James Joyner is the publisher of Outside the Beltway and the managing editor of the Atlantic Council. He's a former Army officer, Desert Storm vet, and college professor with a PhD in political science from The University of Alabama. He lives just outside the Beltway in Alexandria, Virginia.
