Michael Jackson has been displaced atop my BlogAd strip by Richard Tilley’s Temporal Globe.
I know many of you will miss the Jacko picture, but business is business. And, who knows, he could make a return appearance if the ad space is freed up.
About the Author: James Joyner is the publisher of Outside the Beltway and the managing editor of the Atlantic Council. He's a former Army officer, Desert Storm vet, and college professor with a PhD in political science from The University of Alabama. He lives just outside the Beltway in Alexandria, Virginia with his wife and infant daughter.

Hey Richard - I have problems getting on to your site. It crashes my browser within a minute of loading. Do you have some weird-ass java or gif opening there? I'd email you, but it won't stay up long enough to get the addy.
