Gil Garcetti and others in the State of California Government, and certain people in The Federal Government, with Retail Companies, have covered-up a MAJOR, MAJOR, MAJOR Situation with this Company called â??Mr. Bath Bearâ?? (Pertkit, I spelled it wrong before)). Certain people and Government Organizations have Illegally retailiated against me because of this. This was a childrenâ??s toy. I worked for this company, â??Mr Bath Bear,â?? in 1991 through some of 1992. Some of the sponges had â??TOXIC POISONâ?? in them and other harmful Chemicalâ??s added, for reasons, to make the toy grow in water, and then shrink back to itâ??s normal size. The Toy was sold by me to companies like Nordstroms, Sears, Jacobsonâ??s Department Storeâ??s, The Mercantile Group, Longs Drugs, Fedco, Albertsons, and MANY MORE Retail outletâ??sâ?¦â?¦â?¦.I can go on and onâ?¦â?¦â?¦.. Iâ??ve got this Documented BIG-TIME (Invoices, Ect, LOTâ??S), and, The product was sold after a certain time period by certain retail outletâ??s â??WITHOUT,â?? and I repeat, â??WITHOUTâ?? Product Liability Insurance. Another words, The Product Liability Insurance ran out, and the product was sold by MANY Retail Outletâ??s after the Product Liability Insurance ran out. When I found out, I told Many People, Certain Government Organizations, and Companies about this, but no one did anything about it for whatever Greedy, Illegal Reasons, and MORE. I am Talking $$$$$ BILLIONS and BILLIONS of $$$$$$$$ Dollars in Potential lawsuits, Very Possible Negligent Criminal Homicide, Criminal and Illegal Cover-up, and MORE. Certain people and Organizations have tried to have me WIPED OFF the Face of the earth just for this Situation alone. Itâ??s a Very Complex Situation.

ANYONE, AND I MEAN ANYONE, that has ever had his or her child, or children play, Chew on, or come in contact with this toy, they need to get them to a doctor, FAST. THIS IS SERIOUS.

I am talking thousands of children that may have been infected, and now their offspring that could be harmed.

If so, I'm hoping you will delete it and ban the commenter. No matter what she has done, compounding the problem by possibly giving her address to insane individuals who may wish to cause her and her family physical harm in retribution is reprehensible on the part of that person.

I dunno - we see plenty of the lefty blogs go bezerk over Goldstein - just look at what Atrios writes about him. I think it is GDS - Goldstein Derangement Syndrome!

In fact, my tolerance for this kind of behaviour is even lower - and would include such as the posting of real-world addresses and phone numbers for private individuals in response to a newspaper real estate puff piece as Rocco DiPippo and Dan Reihl recently did. (What Goldstein experienced in this case is a quantum leap above even that reprehensible behaviour, though.)

I condemn all such behaviour. I will continue to do so. As Glenn Greenwald says, "it is not only those who engage in the tactics themselves who bear responsibility for the consequences, but also those who offer coldly bureaucratic indifference towards these tactics, or even an implicit defense of them."

Needless to say, anyone I had inadvertently blogrolled who behaved in such a way would be instantly delinked. I would never knowingly directly link to such a person in a post. Any commenter doing such at my blog would be banned and their ISP details handed to the aggrieved party so they could contact the cops etc.

I've a theory, though - it has nothing to do with the politics. To accuse the "wingnuts" or "moonbats" of being the only offenders is to deliberately ignore way too much evidence to the contrary. The mentally instable are not party-specific.
