It wouldn't have happened because the Kerry Administration would have arm-twisted Israel into not responding to provocation. And who said anything about controlling Hezbollah?

The same way Jimmy Carter did... By forcing Israel to give up more and more in the name of 'peace'. Why, HEzbolah wouldn't have to lift a finger.
