John Rowland Goes Legit
Ron Gunzberger notes that former Connecticut Governor and convicted felon John Rowland is now hiring himself out as a motivational speaker and quips, “The only significant change I see between the Governor Rowland of 2002 and the former Governor Rowland of 2007 is that now it is legal for him to be for-hire by corporations, contractors and others.”
Indeed.
This motivational quote from Rowland’s site is also rather amusing: “Experience is not what happens to you, it is what you do with it that counts. No one learns from success, you really only learn from your mistakes and failures.” In that light, he’s offering seminars for college students including “The Ethics Dilemma in Corporate America” and “Choosing to Serve the People: A Career in Public Service.”
Presumably, the terms of his probation preclude him offering “How to Remodel Your Summer Home Without Spending a Dime of Your Own Money.” Pity.

What a tool--typical of a New England, elite liberal!
This guy will probably wind up being the running mate to Hilzilla or B. Hussein Obama.
