His note said, "I,m writing this from Cambodia, where no U.S. forces are. Except us testing a new mortar detecting radar." He is still alive. He's never recounted the story. Oh, he's not running for President. So what's the big deal? I'm pretty sure there was not a sign along the river bank, "Welcome to Cambodia, Future Home of the Khmer Rouge" to let one know they were entering that resort area.
