I don&#039;t care if you&#039;e in a sinking rowboat miles from shore in shark infested waters. Don&#039;t ever say it couldn&#039;t get worse. The boat could be on fire. Thus, my reaction to:

On it&#039;s face, I might not either, except for a nagging concern over what might replace them after such a collapse. The idea of what replaces the current regime being being a bigger problem for the world, I regard as an open question.</description>
