I personally would file criminal charges against the online payday loan operation, which sounds like a pretty filthy bunch of scum anyway -- who makes ON-LINE LOANS AGAINST PAYCHECKS?!? Scum who charge 70000% interest, that's who. As for people applying for driver's licenses using his SSN -- huh?!? Your driver's license asks for proof of residence, not your SSN.
