		<description>Criminal charges are unlikely in the extreme. Limbaugh was under the radar until the NE article.
 There are a lot of obstacles to prosecution, not least the fact that we have to catch the addict in possession of the drugs. There&#039;s no law against being an addict. It&#039;s not like he&#039;d have kept his stash after that story broke. His father, grandfather and brother, all lawyers. 
 It&#039;s in the future that Limbaugh is vulnerable, he&#039;s on the radar now. Plus I&#039;m sure that his employers will require periodic drug testing.
 The people hoping for Limbaugh&#039;s fall can take satisfaction that he&#039;s got one of the hardest problems there is to beat. He&#039;s addicted to pain meds while he still has the pain requiring the meds.
