		<description>The whole idea of non-binding resolutions is silly. I fault both sides in this - the people who proposed the resolution solely to score political points, and McKinney who one-upped them by joining as a co-sponsor. 

Has anyone introduced a non-binding resolution about singing the National Anthem in English?</description>
