But it appears that $23 million dollars of tax payers money seems to be missing. Or more accurately spent on something other than it was meant to be spent on. How about Texas loans Ronnie Earle to California to head up an investigation to indict 'meathead'? Oh, right, that won't work. Earle only goes after conservatives (which in Texas can still be a member of the democratic party) and isn't very good at getting convictions in the high profile cases.
