When your party platform is "anything non-Republican" you can only go so far before you're exposed to the citizens as the obstructionists you truly are.

Once in a while you have to pass worthwhile legislation... Pelosi does a great disservice, not only to her constituents, but to our country as a whole.

Atm, he didn't say their chances of winning were "good." He said they're better than on other issues. Kind of like how the chances of flying monkeys emerging from one's arse are better than from one's ear.
