		<description>Meaningful oversight?  Maybe not.  I&#039;m just saying that we now know that key members of the Intelligence committees and the leadership knew about the program from the earliest days. That they didn&#039;t halt it is, if not an indication of support, at least a clue that they didn&#039;t think it was a huge red flag.</description>
