I saw the motorcade and, since Obama is staying a couple blocks away at the Hay Adams, I figured he was just returning home from somewhere.

Technically, they checked out of Hay Adams yesterday. So at the time of the visit he was homeless--probably just biding time between the morning checkout time at Hay Adams and the afternoon check-in time at Blair House.

Bush probably kept him out of Blair house until the customary 3pm check-in time, which is why he showed up at the Post at around 2.

The least Bush could have done was grant him an early check-in on the 15th given the shenanegans he orchestrated with John Howard.

So it's like old home week for the 'one'.

After all they worked as hard to get him elected as he did...I gather the gushing, swooning and tingles up their legs is more than permitted within the great ones presence at this lame stream media local?
