Desparate Clinton Accuses Obama of Plagiarism...

The latest line of attack on Sen. Barack Obama from Sen. Hillary Clinton is the accusation that Obama plagiarized Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick. Someone put a visual aid up on YouTube:

What a crock. Read the whole article from the NY Times:

"In a telephone interview on Sunday, Mr. Patrick said that he and Mr. Obama first talked about the attacks from their respective rivals last summer, when Mrs. Clinton was raising questions about Mr. Obama’s experience, and that they discussed them again last week.

Both men had anticipated that Mr. Obama’s rhetorical strength would provide a point of criticism. Mr. Patrick said he told Mr. Obama that he should respond to the criticism, and he shared language from his campaign with Mr. Obama’s speechwriters."

Where is the attribution?If somebody used MLK or JFK's lines, you would say so.....Obama did not. First he copies HRC's economic plan and now Patrick's speech. This is embarassing...anyway we donot expect Obama cultists to understand this....their candidate can do no wrong...

In Obama’s case we have, at the very worst, speechwriter taking a basic idea from a speech from another candidate and, most probably, mere coincidence.

No--Deval Patrick has said he told Obama to use his lines.

How can you say that he stole those lines from Deval Patrick when Deval Patrick stole them from past Presidents? Doesn't make sense. If Hillary quoted MLK, for example, and then Obama used that same quote, would you say that Obama stole that quote from Hillary? Absolutely not, this is utter nonsense.
