OIL REVENUE: WaPo reports a Clash Over Plan to Use Iraqi Oil Profits for Rebuilding. It seems a no-brainer that the US would use Iraq’s oil resources in the rebuilding of the country. Unlike post-war Europe, Iraq has plenty of money. Obviously, they should pay for their own reconstruction.
