It does strike me, though that Bill Clinton blazed this path before... you will recall having spent 8 years in perpetual campaign mode.

I don't have to go back to Bill Clinton to be reminded of that. All I have to do is think of the DOJ over the past 8 years.

Fill their car with gas?
Buy their groceries?
Give them free medical care?
A free public education?(like that would do any good)
All of that was his campaign mumbo-jumbo.
His constituency took it to heart.
And they are waiting, waiting, and waiting.
Their patience is only exceeded by their expectations.
