Unless we're only talking about erotic love. And even then... Sorry. I can't imagine an argument that would compel me to believe this song was about Jesus. Unless the missing parts of HIS life were him being a renegade goat herder who was afraid of intimacy. Why would Jesus need to be convinced to "come to his senses?"
