OTB on the Radio
Assuming I’m not pre-empted by the Alito nomination–which may not be safe–I’m scheduled to appear on The Brian Lehrer Show on New York Public Radio, WNYC (93.9FM/820AM) from 10:06 to 10:26 this morning. I will apparently be interviewed by Andrew Sullivan and appear with Duncan “Atrios” Black and we’ll be talking about the Patrick Fitzgerald indictments.
Those not in NYC can listen online. (Actually, those in NYC probably can, too.)
Again, though, I wouldn’t be totally surprised if they decided to cover the Alito nomination, which is hotter news, instead.
Update (0919): Details are sketchy but they’re asking me to do it tomorrow from 11:05-11:40 instead, to which I’ve tentatively agreed (it’s difficult doing radio interviews during the workday). Presumably, Alito will be the focus of today’s program instead.

Good deal (at least for me). I was going to be in class during the slot today.
