Steven Taylor’s PoliBlog has completed the long, hard slog to Playful Primate status. It seems like only yesterday he was a Masturbating Marmoset.
About the Author: James Joyner is the publisher of Outside the Beltway and the managing editor of the Atlantic Council. He's a former Army officer, Desert Storm vet, and college professor with a PhD in political science from The University of Alabama. He lives just outside the Beltway in Alexandria, Virginia with his wife and infant daughter.

Good deal; I didn't see any way to link to the specific comment even though I've seen that ability on other blogs. I don't know if I have it or not--is it a php feature?
