Michael van der Galiën, Pieter Dorsman, and Jason Steck have banded together to create a new center-right group blog called PoliGazette. Their first week will feature several guest posts, including one by our own Dave Schuler.

Update (Dave Schuler): And my guest post is up! Michael has established a presence in the blogosphere and drawn a readership as a European commenting knowledgeably and understandingly about American politics and policies. In my guest post I turn the tables on him a bit and make a very small observations about European politics.
About the Author: James Joyner is the publisher of Outside the Beltway and the managing editor of the Atlantic Council. He's a former Army officer, Desert Storm vet, and college professor with a PhD in political science from The University of Alabama. He lives just outside the Beltway in Alexandria, Virginia.
