		<description>Sad but true, though in small town America, you can still encounter remnants of this. Even though we think we can walk down an unfamiliar street to escape from the tedium of everyday life, if even for a moment, we&#039;re naive to think so. With video cameras all over city streets, surely &lt;em&gt;someone&lt;/em&gt; is watching us, and someone knows who we are.</description>
