Julian Sanchez observes that he routinely sees on FaceBook and other Social Networking Sites “the sort of stuff no sane person would want a prospective employer or school admissions board thumbing through.”
Indeed, I was always rather bemused with the sort of information students conveyed to me when I was collecting contact information and the like on the first day of class. Hint: If you have an email account at DrunkHo69@aol.com, I would strongly advise procuring a less descriptive one for use when communicating with people you’d like to take you seriously.

I concur totally with Julian and your point. I've seen some pretty crazy email addresses on contact info sheets that were passed around in class and I've seen some pretty personal stuff that would definitely prejudice some potential employers against somebody - one of them was one of my coworkers.
To add one more thing, I've had multiple instructors at two different schools point out that if people were using a crazy email address (and they usually provided an absurd example like the one above) to please include their name in the subject line or body.
