I'm not sure if Triumph is serious here or not. Buffett is only stating the obvious investment strategy. Buy Low, Sell High. I view the current situation as a great opportunity to buy cheap stocks and hold them for my retirement. Same thing to give my kids a head start for their nest egg. Of course, it helps to have some cash to do this.
