I think he'd have won fewer championships, simply because there are more teams and it's harder to stockpile the depth of talent he had in those days. Still, great coaches seem to adapt.

Yes, he was a great man. But I do wonder if he would have done well in the modern era of the NBA (loosely defined as starting in the mid-70's) when there was a whole lot more competition from then on.
