REGIME CHANGING
StrategyPage reports that Saddam’s government is shutting down and Iraqi TV is off the air.
He also reports something not widely discussed elsewhere (at least that I’ve seen): The arrrival of “hundreds” of Iraqi exiles for duty as translators to help with the transition.
Also: “U.S. casualties to date are 246 (91 dead). British forces have suffered 30 dead. No reports from Australian or other coalition combat forces.” Obviously quite sad for the families involved, but so far far fewer than even the 1991 Gulf War.
