That said, how someone who thinks the &lt;i&gt;Youngstown&lt;/i&gt; case is simply irrelevant to executive wartime power, can even be said to be qualified to be a Supreme Court justice, is beyond me.  But that was no bar to his becoming AG, it seems.</description>
