		<description>I was scratching my head at this story. Ex-lobbyists are working on legislation. So? Ultimately representatives have to vote on them. They&#039;re the ones responsible for the bills. There might be some public choice logic I&#039;m missing, but I don&#039;t see the problem of hiring people who are knowledgeable.</description>
