SPAM, SPAM, SPAM
Ken Paulson thinks spam is free speech. I don’t find his logic compelling.

Spam is free speech, like lead coming out the muzzle of a weapon is free speech.
(not a serious gun advocate, I just really don't like Spam)
Spam is advertising, and thus is commercial speech, not free speech. Advertising has long since been ruled to not be free speech.
If it hadn't been, government laws against cigarette ads on TV, for instance, would be unconstitutional. (I'm not saying I agree with the ruling, just that 'that's how it is'.)
FREE speech did you say???
That is an ironic useage of that word. Spam costs companies billions of dollars.
In what other form of "free" speech is the money for distribution stolen from people. It is theft.
