They lost 80% of their busboys, waiters, waitresses, kitchen help, janitors, etc., with little or no prospect of getting of them back.

Actually, if somebody wanted to "destroy black America", they'd probably start by promoting people like Spike Lee, Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, Cynthia McKinney and Louis Farrakhan as "leaders".
