Must have been serious if they started looking first thing Monday morning.  Then again, this &quot;senior official&quot; doesn&#039;t inspire confidence with his &quot;maybe they&#039;re here, maybe they&#039;re there, whatever,&quot; knowledge of his organization&#039;s critical assets.</description>
