		<description>What everyone seems to be forgetting are the tremendous marketing opportunities Beltran would find in NY over Houston.  I&#039;d say he&#039;d more than make up whatever tax advantages he&#039;d find with but one deal, like the Rightguard deodarant deal Giambi got.

In fact, all Republican tax efforts focus on opening up new corporate tax loopholes.  Republicans simply don&#039;t practice the ideal of conservatism that Sullivan wants.</description>
