I’ve noticed lately that the Technorati Link Cosmos has been lagging by 36 hours or more. I e-mailed Dave Sifry about it this morning and got back some encouraging news:
Very sorry about that – the rate things have been growing, our current infrastructure has been getting slammed. We’re quickly moving over to a new more scalable infrastructure before the end of the month, please bear with us. . .
With the explosion in the number of blogs out there, it’s no wonder that the tracking systems are having trouble keeping up. The Myelin Ecosystem has been obsolescent for months and even TTLB constantly requires tinkering by Bear to remain operational.
