		<description>I cracks me up how people think local unrest, insurgency and foreign agents are new. It has been around for as long as warfare. The Romans, British, France and many others lost many soldiers to contain various unrest. When the lost the will to take a few casualties on occasions, they turn from great empires into what they are today.</description>

		<description>I find it difficult to take the Brits seriously when they talk tactics.  After the initial fighting in Iraq they basically locked themselves in barracks in Southern Iraq and let the Iraqis do everything for themselves. A great part of the Iranian influx in people and supplies came through there area of responsibility, or should I say irresponsibility.</description>
