Troll Trolled

Michael J. Totten reports an amusing event in the blogosphere: Noam Chomsky starts a blog, including a comment section. He’s so overwhelmed by trolls his first day, he shuts down the comments section. Heh.

About the Author: James Joyner is the publisher of Outside the Beltway and the managing editor of the Atlantic Council. He's a former Army officer, Desert Storm vet, and college professor with a PhD in political science from The University of Alabama. He lives just outside the Beltway in Alexandria, Virginia with his wife and infant daughter.

Aw. I think Chomsky can't type - maybe he should use audio-blog software or something :) It's been pretty lame so far.

Comedy... but not really a surprise... the same reason there is not Leftwing talk radio... because there is no reasoning with opinions formulated out of myopic emotionalized elitism.

I guess you're trying to say he's not sticking to linguistics? Very unfortunate.
