That's an interesting look on her face--almost a smile. It's like she's seeing the cosmic joke "this time, it's me." They are being creative. They are thinking we'll feel it's more horrible for a woman to die a painful death than a man. And it isn't. I'll be sending telepathic messages: show them how a real woman dies! All we can do is bite our lips and move on; giving them more publicity, beyond a certain point, only feeds the beast.
